my story.
My name is Eleanor Oxley & I’m a freelance photographer from Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, Aotearoa.
Throughout my life I have cultivated a love for creation & the visual arts. When I was young a camera was never too far from my reach and so it seems Photography was always to be a constant in my life. After I graduated from Elam school of Fine Art in 2017 with a BFA, I spent several years in hospitality and ended up managing various venues in the Auckland CBD.
Late 2020 I moved sideways from venue management to marketing management and spent almost 4 years creating content and managing the social media pages of 5 fantastic hospitality venues across Auckland.
I am at my happiest when learning & creating visually and wish to continue to expand my knowledge & body of work by collaborating with people, small businesses & venues.
